DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Compuvilla, we know you want to receive your order as soon as possible, and we make every effort to speed things along. Your order will ship the next business day upon payment approval and order verification excluding weekends and holidays. However, warehouse delays, issues with payment approval or order verification may delay shipment. When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your order.

FAST NATIONWIDE SHIPPING – in other to get the lowest shipping available for our customers, we use GIG Logistics from God Is Good Transport Company for most of our shipments, and the transit time to most capital cities is 5-7 business days. You also have the choice of using our EXPRESS SHIPPING method; DHL or UPS that guarantees 2-3 days delivery to most capital cities at an extra cost. All you need do is just inform us immediately after placing your order, before we ship. For orders going to far north like Sokoto and Maiduguri please note that transit time may be longer than other states due to distance. Please bear with us.

 Compuvilla reserves the right to select the carrier of its choice. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the carriers.

Once your order is shipped, our customer support staff will send you a tracking number by email to the email address in your account file. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can then go to the carrier website to track your order.
